1.General Provisions.


The Policy of confidentiality and storage of personal data (hereinafter – referred to as the Policy) of the CHARITABLE FOUND «CHARITY FUND LEO FOUNDATION» (hereinafter – the Organization) has been developed following the Charter of the Organization, other internal documents, and current legislation. This Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the www.leo.foundation(hereinafter – the Site) of the Organization, concluded between the visitor (hereinafter «User») and the Organization regarding the use of the Site. The policy contains standards that The organization uses to handle personal information, and explains how to contact the Organization in the event of any questions or concerns. Information and personal data are collected, processed, and used in strict accordance with the requirements of the current legislation in Ukraine. The organization reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason, without further notice to you of such changes. The provision or posting of information on the Site is the User's consent to the contents of this Privacy Policy and means that the User grants your permission that the Organization may collect, use and disclose or disseminate personally identifiable information following this Policy. Personal data is information or a collection of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified..

2. Types of information.


The Organization collects information relevant to the User only if the User has voluntarily provided relevant information or agreed to provide and/or use it. Such information includes: 

  • Information that identifies the User. This information is provided by the User by way of feedback or by completing individual contact or registration forms on the Site by sending inquiries, making charitable donations through the Site, etc. Personal information includes, but residential address, email address, document details, and other similar information. 

  • Technical information (data). When the User visits the Site, certain data is automatically recorded on the Organization's servers for system administration of the Site, namely:nbsp;
  • A domain name, IP address with which the User accesses the Site; 
  • Type of browser and operating syste; 
  • Date and time of visiting the Site; 
  • Pages viewed; 
  • If the User accesses the Site through a link from another website, the address of that website.
  • Payment information The Organization does not collect information about the User's means of payment, such as bank cards or similar information. If a charitable donation is made through the Site, the payment information will not be given to the Organization but the payment operator.

3. Use of information.


Personal data and other information provided by the User are used only for the purpose for which it is provided to the Organization.
The organization will use the information provided by the User to support and organize feedback with him, namely: to send correspondence, messages, and information, including advertising, to maintain the Fund's databases, including contact databases, visitors, philanthropists, etc., to conduct statistical, promotional, sociological and other research, to formulate contracts and other documents necessary to prevent breaches of confidentiality, legal norms or terms of contracts.

The organization does not sell information to third parties.

The User's personal data may be used to ensure the exchange of information, relations in the field of advertising and communication by the Laws of Ukraine “ On Personal Data Protection ”, “ On Information ”, “ On Advertising ”, “ On Telecommunications”, “ On Entrepreneurship ”, “ On Protection of information in information and telecommunication systems ”, ND TZI 2.5-010-03“ Requirements for the protection of WEB-page information from unauthorized access”.

4. Data security.


The organization undertakes to safely store the information provided by the User, as well as to take all precautionary measures to protect information from loss, misuse, or improper modification. However, no method of transmitting information via the Internet or mobile communications, or the method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure, respectively, the Organization can not guarantee or ensure one hundred percent security of any information through the Site.

The user confirms that you understand the risks, described above, in particular, that the information provided may be lost or obtained by third parties, and personally and independently bear all the risks associated with it.

The User's personal data may be stored for 3 years.

Personal data obtained by the Organization during the competition for participation in the Foundation's activities (training, studies, etc.) are stored for seven days after the end of the selection of participants. 
Personal data received from participants of events organized by the Organization (training, studies, etc.) are stored for two months after the end of the event unless otherwise provided by the terms of the donor.

Participants in competitions and events held by the Organization agree to the processing of personal data in the prescribed form.

The Organization shall not be liable for lost profits, lost profits, data loss, or any other losses of Users of the Site, if any, incurred while using the Site. The User of the Site uses the Site at his own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Organization nor any other party involved in the creation, production or maintenance of the Site shall be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, ever caused by that the User had access to, used or linked to the Site, even if the User was warned of the possibility of such damage and loss. The organization does not guarantee and does not claim that the use of material provided on the Site will not harm the interests of third parties.

The Organization may disclose information received from the User to third parties only to the extent objectively necessary to achieve the purpose described above, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, to take precautionary measures against prosecution, or to facilitate litigation, or requests of other state bodies; or in cases where it is necessary to provide such information to prevent physical harm or financial damage, or in connection with an investigation into suspected or actual illegal activity. 
The site may contain links to other sites. Such references are for informational purposes only and assist the Organization in disclosing the information most fully or illustrating the material posted.

The fact that there are links to external resources does not mean full approval of the positions or ideas set out there, nor does it guarantee the accuracy of the information posted there. The organization is not responsible for the privacy policies or content of these sites.

Information about traffic passing through the network, e-mail, and the User's activity on the Internet on the Site is protected by law. This means that the staff of the Organization cannot interfere in the secrecy of telecommunications. The organization has the right to provide any personal information of the Users of the Site at the request of law enforcement agencies, by court decision or in the framework of other legal procedures or at another lawful request following applicable law of Ukraine.
